What is the default password for a Polycom VoIP phone?

Many of the Polycom settings for a VoIP phone are locked and require a password, even if you want to reset the phone to the factory default settings you will need that password.  If the phone has never been used the default password is 456.

If you purchased a used phone on eBay or somewhere else the password is important since you can’t reset the phone settings without it.

Certain carriers / phone providers will use the same password to lock their phones so depending on the company you will need to research what their standard password is.
